For one of our clients located in Luxembourg Gasperich, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for an immediate start for a

HR Officer - Payroll Fr-Eng (M/F)

Your tasks:

- Complete payroll preparation for Luxembourg, fully coordinating the payroll process and acting as the subject matter expert on core payroll and benefits topics;

- Manage the car fleet: facilitate offer process, draft and signature of car policy, follow-up on invoices;

- Absence management: follow-up on all leaves (sick leave, exceptional leave, paid leave), including input in Gesper, overview on illness certificates, reporting to CNS and subsequent reconciliation of reimbursement, follow-up on maternity, paternity and parental leave requests, etc.;

- Onboarding of new joiners: preparation of employment contracts, process documentation, update and encode data in the HR system, entry declaration, order Sympass Cards, set-up of mandatory medical examination meetings, welcome new joiners on their first day;

- Offboarding of leavers: follow-up on resignation or dismissal, leaving check-list, perform exit interviews, reporting;

- Management of the overtime process for all eligible staff;

- HR monthly reports and KPI's;

- Process and respond to employees' queries, providing them with the relevant information to their HR questions

- Day-to-day administrative tasks;

- Participate to various HR projects in line with business requirements.

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field;

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR compensation & benefits / administrative role;

- Excellent knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law, social and fiscal legislation;

- Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel;

- Strong analytical and organizational skills;

- Rigor and autonomy;

- Strong sense of confidentiality;

- Good communication skills;

- Fluency in French and English, any additional European languages will be considered an advantage,
