Your role:

As a Junior Officer in our company, you will have the opportunity to join the General Secretariat and the Data Protection Officer (DPO). This exciting opportunity will enable and equip you with the knowledge and insight required to lay a strong foundation for your future career. Some of the responsibilities will include:

Analysis of outsourced IT services and solutions in the regulatory framework (CSSF)
Agreement review in relation to these services and IT solutions
Analysis of the European Union / Luxembourgish legislation on GDPR;
Monitoring of outsourced services
Elaboration of outputs in the subjects concerned;
Participate in the ongoing implementation of the data privacy matters (GDPR) and to various risk, compliance and other projects;
Contract review in relation to data protection clauses;
Study and creation of technical/legal briefing on analysis and research outcomes;
Support tasks to the DPO;
Encoding and updating of the GDPR database when needed;

Your profile:

You have successfully passed or are doing an academic degree in law, digital law, or similar;
You are enthusiastic about approaching the world of IT and Cloud technologies through their legal aspect
You have ideally a first experience working on GDPR or Data Protection matter;
You would like to gain international experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
You understand the legal systems and the GDPR and are able to interpret, clarify and articulate legal concepts;
You are fluent in English and have at least a basic knowledge of French;
You are seen as rigorous, proactive with good communication skills;
You like working within a team and daily challenges.
