Your role:
Under the supervision of your hierarchical line, you will be in charge of:

• Ensure an accurate performance of the various tasks in the Accounting Department;
• Assist the department's supervisor in appropriate matters;
• Ensure the preparation management company accounts ;
• Ensure the preparation of the management company regulatory reporting;
• Ensure the input of the accounting vouchers and general expenses invoices;
• Ensure the preparation of various statistical reports;
• Ensure the preparation of the Head Office reports for consolidation purpose;
• Ensure the maintenance of Bank accounts in the Banking System (i.e. opening, amending or closing);
• Ensure various secretarial and administrative tasks;
• Ensure the follow-up and improvement of the internal working procedures.

Your profile:

• Graduate/University degree in Accounting;
• At least two years experience in an Accounting department
• Good knowledge of Luxembourg Banking Regulations;
• Good knowledge of Accounting, B.C.L., C.S.S.F., EU regulations;
• Fluent in English and French;
• Good knowledge of PC handling mainly Excel;
• High professional consciousness.
• Good analytical and organizational skills;
• Good communicational skills;
• Discretion efficiency & initiative.
