Your responsibilities
• Design and execute short plus long term strategic plans to assure infrastructure capacity attains current and future needs
• In close cooperation with the responsible of the production team, manage and establish priorities for maintenance, design, development and analysis of entire infrastructure systems.
• Conduct research and recommend changes in services, products, protocols and standards to support development efforts and infrastructure procurement.
• Supervise and organise the data center configuration, utilize knowledge on best practices in area related to infrastructure.
• Develop, execute and oversee policies, procedures and related training plans for infrastructure administration.
• Define and manage IT Disaster Recovery Strategy.
• Perform feasibility studies for different projects, upgrades, conversions and improvements.
• Provide in depth technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives.
• In close cooperation with vendors and production team, ensure the implementation, the coordination and the follow up of technical projects.
• Participate to the quality control to prepare and support audits.
• Oversee operational costs related to the infrastructure.
• Participate in the budget process.

Your profile
Bachelor in Information Technology, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of IT experience in a similar function
Advanced knowledge of computers, servers, operating systems, networks, telephony, security systems, applications, data centers operations, databases, procedures and techniques
Fluent in English and in French
